Thor: The Dark World (2013) - Christopher Eccleston Joins The Cast

Deadline reports to us that Christopher Eccleston has joined the cast of Thor 2 as Malekith The Accursed. In the comics Malekith once controlled the Cask of Ancient Winters, the weapon that Odin claimed from Laufey and which the frost giants tried to steal back in the first film.

Thor 2 is scheduled to hit theaters on 08 November 2013.
