I admit it. I screwed up.

I didn't pay attention to which movie I had to review this week. I *THOUGHT* I had the 2008 cannibal hooker film called "Skinned Alive", which sounded cool. But instead I had the 1989 independent craptastic film.

Oh, bother.

But at least I got to read a cool zombie comic instead. And did I mention the new contest we're running?

Episode 24.1 - A Little Dead Comic Book Update (for 27 November 2009)

This week, Ashcrow flies solo. All the way to Florida. And, boy, is his back cover advertisement tired!

Ashcrow ventured home for the Thanksgiving holiday, and took his nephew out for his first comic book run. Ah, remember the first time you went into the comic shop? The rustic smell of old comic print. The dim lighting. The collectible toys on the wall. The 8 foot tall poly-resin Incredible Hulk statue at the front door. The fat guy in the sweat pants and the Superman tshirt that stopped fitting him three years ago.

This week I watched the dystopic futuristic film, "The Handmaid's Tale". I also read "30 Days Of Night: Dark Days" in honor of that comic being made into film, the sequel to 2007's "30 Days Of Night" movie adapation.
